Are you a social media native who just knows when a trend is about to pop off? Do you understand how to tell a powerful story in under 30 seconds — and why the first 3 seconds matter most?
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring bold, empowering content to life across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — someone who can translate real talk about divorce, empowerment, and law into highly engaging short-form video that builds trust, grows a following, and sparks conversation.
This role is for a dynamic, purpose-driven brand that blends a successful law firm, a divorce coaching business, and a growing personal brand platform built on helping women reclaim their power.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Create and execute a short-form video content strategy across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Turn key messaging around divorce, financial freedom, legal strategies, estate planning, and empowerment into content that actually hits
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats to keep content relevant and algorithm-friendly
- Write scripts, prep talking points, and guide on-camera presence (you may be behind the camera or occasionally direct from the side)
- Edit videos or work with a video editor to produce polished, platform-native content
- Build and engage a loyal community by responding to comments and creating interactive content
- Collaborate directly with the founder to maintain authenticity and voice
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience managing social media for a personal brand, coach, creator, or service-based business
- Fluency in TikTok, Reels, and short-form storytelling — with examples to prove it
- Confident creating content around emotionally sensitive topics in a respectful and empowering way
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe, or similar)
- A nose for narrative and timing — you know how to stop the scroll
- Excellent written communication, creative thinking, and a bias for action
- Self-directed, solution-oriented, and obsessed with staying on top of platform trends
💡 Extra Credit If You:
- Have experience working with coaches, therapists, or legal professionals
- Are comfortable coaching someone on-camera to deliver confidently and clearly
- Have gone viral and can explain the “why” behind it
- Understand the unique power of storytelling in women’s empowerment
✨ What You’ll Get:
- Creative ownership and the chance to help scale a personal brand with purpose
- A role that blends strategy, creativity, and social impact
- Flexible work setup (remote, async-friendly)
- A front-row seat to conversations that matter — and the chance to help shape them
